For the given price everything was great! The staff is great, the rooms are clean and cozy, the only thing that was not so great was the location, I did not immediately understand this when planning the trip, but in the end even this minus for me personally was a plus, because there was a park with slides nearby, I needed it for training, and an excellent restaurant right across the street, a store nearby.

We stayed for 2 nights while driving down from benidom to santander to catch the ferry back to ireland with 2 dogs and wanting to break up the journey and see madrid the location was perfect because the metro took us straight into the heart of madrid withing 20 minutes, so we didn't have to drive because we weren't that confident driving in big cities, The hotel welcomes dogs and for a budget hotel it was great ,clean, friendly staff with supermarket across the road and a big park to walk the dogs its really was a great pitstop for us, we will definitely stay here again on the long drive back down through spain

The hotel was very good overall, clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The rooms were tidy and provided everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any requests or questions.

Lodging. The room is not so spacious but it is not uncomfortable, the bed is very comfortable and pleasant. I have no complaints, everything was great. I stayed 2 nights. Location. It is quite far from the center of Madrid, but nearby is the bus station that takes you to the metro. Therefore it is easy to get to the center. Meal. There are restaurants nearby. But at the hotel they offer a buffet at a cost of €7.5. They serve cereals, bread, ham, cheese, coffee, chocolate, oranges, fruits.

+ breakfast for 7€ is a good deal + shower and waterpressure + room looks new and clean + receptionists speak english + location: for my purpose was ok

Room: as expected of Ibis. We slept comfortably so it's okay for us. Asked one of the receptionist the quickest way to metro Sierra Guadalupe, and her advised was walk for about 20 minutes o_o. The hotel can be reached by bus no130 from behind Sierra Guadalupe station, get off at Hormigueras Mirevate and walk around 5 minutes to hotel. Laundromat in hostal Welcome right across the hotel.
